Mai Kim

As Head of Finance & Compliance, Mai oversees the financial, compliance and statutory functions across Scott Kim Real Estate and Scott Kim Property Management.

With exceptional attention to detail, Mai manages the business’s financial operations, trust accounting, payroll and compliance requirements, ensuring both divisions operate with strong systems, accountability and the highest professional standards.

Mai also holds the statutory position of AML Compliance Officer (AMLCO), overseeing the agency’s Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing framework, internal procedures and ongoing staff training.

As part of the leadership team, Mai also plays an important role in mentoring and supporting our Sales and Property Management teams, helping strengthen internal processes and ensuring our standards and values are upheld across the business.
