I recently received unsolicited promotional leaflets from this real estate agent, which I found intrusive and unwelcome. As a homeowner, I value my privacy, and receiving marketing material without consent is frustrating. Since writing my original review, they have continued to drop additional leaflets. This persistent behaviour shows little respect for residents' wishes or privacy. Reputable agents should build trust with the community, not rely on repeated unsolicited advertising.

Great company. Good negotiators. Treat you with respect and unlike some agencies don't rip you off. No marketing charges up front. No auction fees that others charge you even if there's no sale, because they sell by negotiation, not auction. No commission if they don't sell. Sure the commission is a little higher than some but don't forget that's to recover the costs they wore until they got a price you were satisfied with.

“Above and beyond” is pretty trite, but I can’t think of an alternative. After multiple agents insisted on the standard model of “the owner pays all of agent’s costs regardless of sale”, Scott took me on using the Jenman model of “the agent bears all their own costs – and only get paid if they sell”. I paid an independent valuer to get a realistic price then set the minimum I would accept a step above that. Scott accepted my figure then not only sold well above my minimum, but did it in record time. THEN .. once the sale became final, Scott acted as my agent to buy an alternative property on which to build – and negotiated the price down by an amount that exceeded his commission on the sale of my house. He refused my offer to pay some sort of commission for this work. THEN .. Scott negotiated a rental property for me at a time when getting accepted for a rental was bordering on impossible. And he did it under enormous time pressure given the settlement was about to happen on my property. So … “above and beyond”. My reviews (practically) always have a caveat. There isn’t a reservation here .. just that the anyone looking for an agent needs to be aware that the “standard” agent’s contract hides the real cost by separating out the costs of sale (at retail) to the owner. Scott’s model is a single price, which makes it appear on the surface to be more expensive than “standard” agents. So apples and oranges – and you need to do your numbers if you want to compare offers.

Scott gave a guaranteed minimum sale price higher than another agent’s top estimate! Price and sale achieved by Scott in about two weeks. By comparison, a few weeks later, an arguably better house on our street sold by auction for almost 10% less than ours. Scott is a skilled negotiator who knows how to get buyers up, not sellers down. Our conveyancer was shocked at both the price and speed of our sale. Some of his other clients had properties that were languishing on the market for months for lack of good offers. Scott Kim during settlement took a higher offer to breach our properyy contract. I missed the property due to his greed and unlawful negotiations. Anything he pretends to advise as evidence is between his Chinese gang being Vendor, solicitor and agent. It is obscene Australia being taken advantage of in such a manner. I will need to take to Supreme Court as l will not be bullied by Agents such as Scott (Not his real name). It was an obscene experience and Scott Kim tried to renegotiate after Settlement accepted in which l have plenty of evidence. Out of principle no one should be allowed to get away with such behaviour and l have Recordings and evidence to back up my legal proceedings. Do not deal with this such an ordeal as l have needed to deal. I will be holding all parties responsible for their unlawful actions no matter the price. Beware!!! Thank you

My family had agreement over price and terms. Sellers have no cooling off period. Agent took another higher offer after agreement made. Complaints been made for investigation. They even had the nerve to penalise us so this will not be going away as we have strong case against the parties involved.
