As Head of Property Management, Siyao leads Scott Kim Property Management and holds the statutory position of Officer in Effective Control (OIEC) for the business.

Having been a cornerstone of the team since its inception, Siyao has progressed from Receptionist to Operations Manager and now leads the growth and development of our Property Management division. Her focus is on building a department known for exceptional communication, attention to detail and genuine care for both rental providers and renters.

Siyao is responsible for overseeing the Property Management team, developing strong systems and service standards, and ensuring the department operates with professionalism, accountability and compliance.

Fluent in Mandarin and widely recognised by our clients for her dedication and responsiveness, Siyao brings the same exceptional level of care that saw her excel as Operations Manager into every aspect of Property Management.
